Dakota Rose Organics reserves the right to change an order total based on invalid discount codes, incorrect prices, shipping errors, etc.  If there is an error in the shopping cart calculation, we reserve the right to void the transaction. We will always try contact you to give you the option to delete the items(s) or put them on backorder, however if we are unable to reach a customer within 24 hrs. we will assume they are wanting the item deleted from their order and will adjust accordingly.

1. Order Fulfillment:
When you place an order with Dakota Rose Organics, an invoice is immediately sent to the email address you supplied on the order form. Occasionally an item will not be in stock; we will notify you via email and give you the next available shipping date. When your order ships you will receive an email confirmation from us. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and, of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 days depending upon when order is placed and if the product(s) are shipped directly from the manufacturer.   

2. Shipping:
Dakota Rose Organics ships to addresses in the 48 States via USPS and UPS. Shipment to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer and cost more, however we will try our best to keep the costs resonable.

3. Gift Orders:
If you place an order to be sent to someone other than yourself, the recipient will receive the order with a packing slip that does not show dollar total. We will include your email address on correspondence with UPS or USPS so you will receive tracking information.

Gift Certificates may be purchased, you will need to contact Dakota Rose Organics and we will send you the certificate.

4. Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express and Paypal. 

5. Tax:
A sales tax of  6.0% is added to all orders shipped to Idaho addresses. Sales tax will not be charged on shipments to recipients outside Idaho. This includes orders placed by Idaho residents for non-Idaho residents.

6. Exchange & Return Policy:
Exchanges: We will gladly exchange any item you wish if it is returned in its original condition within 5 days of purchase and you will need to contact us for a RMA# as many of our manufacturese require this number. If you have received a gift from Dakota Rose Organics you may exchange any item within 30 days of receiving it for something you like better. If the item you choose to exchange is less than the item you are returning, then you will receive a store credit. If the item is more, then you must pay the difference. Please note a $5 re-shipping fee does apply. If your items has been shipped by one of our manufacures you must adhere to their policies.  Each manufacurers policy varies so please contact them from the enclosed packing slip.

Returns: Items should be returned to Dakota Rose Organics within 30 days of purchase unused and in original condition. Please note there is a fee of 10% on everything returned.  Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped to the following address:

7. Mailing List:
If you place an order, you are automatically added to our Mailing List. If you would not like to be added please send us an email to info@dakotaroseorganics.com to have your information removed. We never share your personal information with anyone for any reason

8. Catalog:
At the current time we don't have a full-length catalogue. Our product selection can best be viewed online, where our product stock is constantly updated.

9. Product Submission:

10. Security:
When you shop at Dakota Rose Organics, it is not only an enjoyable experience, it is a safe one. We have 128-bit encryption as well as a security certificate to ensure the safety of your credit card. Be rest assured that your ordering is secure.

Please note we never share or sell your information with any company. We use your information to process your order and contact you for shipment details only. If you are a registered user we use your information for sale purposes or for our newsletter, this is typically once a month. If you do not wish to receive these e-mails, please do not register as this is an automatic process. 11. Recycling:
All our orders are shipped in recycled cardboard boxes and our shipping peanuts. Please join us in the crusade against wastefullness - take your cardboard to a recycler or reuse the products.
